At Cric 19, our mission goes beyond organizing matches. We aim to open doors for every young woman who dream of playing cricket at a professional level. We are targeting Pakistan with players who will be given a fair chance to be seen, trained, and educated for her talent and we are here to make that happen.

A seasoned professional with over 25 years in the banking and financial industry, Mr. Ali Hemani has always believed in creating impact through action. His corporate expertise in marketing, customer service, and product development now powers a cause close to his heart — women empowerment through cricket.

Mr. Muhammad Tahir
Head Coach & Technical Director, Cric19
With over 20 years of coaching experience, PCB Level-II certification, and an unmatched passion for the game, Mr. Muhammad Tahir leads Cric19’s coaching and player development programs.
He has trained women, men, and differently-abled teams both in Pakistan and internationally — including Romania, Switzerland, Australia, UAE, Uzbekistan, and India.
As the former Head Coach of Islamabad Region Women’s Teams (Senior & Under-17), he has developed dozens of players who went on to represent Pakistan. His expertise ensures every girl in Cric19’s system receives world-class training and mentorship.

Our Next Steps:
- Retaining selected IWL players for one full year of free professional training.
- Organizing domestic tournaments in major cities across Pakistan.
- Arranging international exposure tours to develop skill, confidence, and leadership.
- Launching city-based women leagues and expanding to other regions.
- Creating a national database of talented female players for professional scouting.
- Collaborating with schools, colleges, and private academies to introduce structured cricket programs for girls.
