Selection Process &Tournament Structure
Every player earns her place through talent, effort and performance, not preference. Our goal is to keep the entire process fair, structured, and professional, so every young cricketer gets an equal chance to prove herself.
OPEN TRIAL
We welcome all girls under 19 who are passionate about cricket. Players can register for the trial directly through our website. No prior club or academy background is required, if you have the passion and skill, this is your chance to show it.
OFFICIAL TRIALS
Registered players will be invited to attend on-ground trials in Islamabad. These trials are conducted under the supervision of certified PCB level coaches who will evaluate each participant based on skill, fitness, and potential. Every girl is given fair time and attention to perform in a professional environment.
PLAYER SELECTION
After the trials, the selected players are shortlisted purely on merit. The coaches assess technical ability, teamwork, attitude, and game sense to identify the most promising young cricketers. This is not a handpicked process, it’s completely performance-based.
TEAM DRAFTING
Once the final pool of players is ready, we move to the team drafting ceremony. Four PCB-level coaches , each heading one team , take turns selecting players for their squads. This ensures balance, fairness, and equal opportunity for all participants.
The Tournament
The league will feature four teams, each led by a professional coach. Every team will compete in a series of matches, with the top two teams advancing to the final. This format not only builds excitement but also helps players experience real competitive gameplay.
